What is ScoreYard?
ScoreYard is a website for coaches, league organizers, players, parents and fans. We provide the tools that help you stay connected to your team - whether that's through accessing a game schedule, communicating updates about practices, sharing photos from the game, or tracking team progress throughout the season.

What forms of payment can my players use?
Visa, Mastercard, Disover and e-checks are all accepted forms of payment.
Is my money safe?
Yes. At all times, your money is held by WePay's FDIC-insured partner bank, The Bancorp Bank. Your money is never held in ScoreYard or WePay's own accounts. Moreover, ScoreYard and WePay will never use your money for its operating expenses or any other corporate purposes and will not voluntarily make your funds available to its creditors in the event of bankruptcy.
How much does it cost?
It is free for any user to sign up for a ScoreYard account. If a league does set themselves up to accept online player registrations, a fee of 5.5% will be applied to each transaction. This fee consists of two parts: a 3.5% transaction fee charged by WePay and 2% charged by ScoreYard.
ie: If a league charges $100 for a single player registration, the player will be charged a total of $105.50
Who controls my leagues money?
The primary League Administrator is the only person who has control of your league's money.
How long does it take for payments to clear?
It may take up to 4-5 business days for some transactions to clear. Most transactions clear within 1-2 business days. Funds are immediately available for use once they clear.
Are international (non-US) payments allowed?
Not yet, but hopefully soon.
What options do I have to receive the funds my league has collected?
WePay provides 3 options for withdrawing you funds. The easiest is a bank transfer to your league's bank account. The second option is to request a check to be cut. The third option it to request a WePay pre-paid Visa® Card.
